DetailsTenby's RNLI all-weather lifeboat Haydn Miller was launched with Paramedics aboard at 1.40am on Friday 4th October, following a report that someone had become ill on Caldey Island and possibly required hospital treatment.

The volunteer crew made best speed to Caldey in choppy seas.

Coastguard Rescue Team in case the casualty needed to be carried back down to the lifeboat.

After a thorough assessment, the Paramedics were happy that no hospital treatment was required and the casualty could stay in the care of family on the Island.

The Paramedics and Coastguard Team returned to the lifeboat for the trip back to Tenby, arriving back at the station at 3am.
