DetailsTenby's inshore lifeboat was requested to launch shortly before 4.30pm on Friday 7th August, following a report that there was possibly somebody fishing on Woolhouse Rocks and in danger of being submerged by the incoming tide.

The volunteer crew were quickly on scene at the Woolhouse rocks, one mile south-east of Tenby.

Following a thorough search, nothing was found so it was put down as a false alarm and the lifeboat returned to station, arriving at 4.55pm.
